Q. Is a signature required for delivery?
A. A signature may be required for American Express customers if your order is shipped to an address other than the billing address.
Q. I live outside of the continental USA/internationally. How do I order if your checkout page doesn’t give me the option?
A. For customers who live in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere else, you must contact customer service by phone or e-mail to place your order. If you are international, please contact us locally at 760-268-0747.
Q. Where do your covers ship from?
A. All of our covers ship from our San Diego, CA warehouse.
Q. What is a reinforcement kit?
A. The reinforcement kit is a 3’ x 3’ self adhesive pad that you can cut to place anywhere on your cover where a sharp point or stress area may puncture a hole.
Q. Does the cover go over my ladder or spare tire?
A. You must measure the entire length of your RV, including the ladder, bumper, and spare. Different types of RVs will have different configurations. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.
